Personal Accident Insurance Policy Conditions
All participants registered for the training session through the website www.correrlisboa.com are covered by the insurance policy, provided they have declared, on their honour, that they are fit to ممارسة physical activity in compliance with Decree-Law No. 242/2009, of 16 September, and that they are accompanied by a guide/coach at the time of the incident.
Specific Conditions
Non-federated amateur participants with no participation in competitions. Participation is exclusively in training sessions.
Participants in outdoor functional training, running (athletics) and walking sessions.
Portugal.
This insurance covers personal accidents occurring exclusively to insured persons during their participation in outdoor functional training, running (athletics) and walking sessions organised by the Policyholder.
Other Conditions
- For minors under the age of 14, Death cover does not apply and will be converted into Funeral Expenses up to the limit of the insured capital.
- Maximum age limit for insured persons: 75 years old.
- Deductible of €75.00 per claim and per insured person under the Treatment Expenses cover.
- Maximum compensation limit of the policy per claim / policy year: €7,000,000.00.
